摘    要:通过实验室和现场研究,提出并验证了高炉护炉含钛物料的一种新的加入方式。实验室结果表明,在铁水-试样接界处有钛的碳氮化物生成;现场实验表明,用此方法加入的钛化物能有效地保护铁口区及附近炉缸侧壁。

Abstract:Based on the experiments in laborotary and field,a new protection way of adding titanium-containing materials in blast furnace was presented and verified.The results of laborotary tests show that carban- ides and nitrides of titanium are found on the boundaries between hot metal and samples.On the other hand,however,the field tests verify that the titanium compounds added in this way can effectively pro- tect the tuyere and cool staves around the tuyere.
