纳米ZnO粉体的制备

摘    要:以ZnCl2 为原料 ,以HN4 OH为沉淀剂 ,采用液相沉淀法 ,制备出纳米级ZnO粉体 .制得的纳米粉体粒径 30nm左右 ,粒径分窄、分散性较好 .在摩尔浓度变化的情况下 ,探讨了制备纳米级ZnO粉体的条件 .

Abstract:Using ZiCl 2 as the raw material,and ammonia water as the precipitation reagent,the nanometer powders ZnO is given by the method of liquid_phrase precipitation.The powders diameter of the nano_particle are about 30 nm,they have a narrow distribution of diameter of the nano_particle and a good dispersing property.The conditons of preparation of nanometer powders ZnO were discussed by the comparison of the change of the molarity.
