| 摘 要： | 风险投资对技术创新的作用研究一直以来是经济学领域关注的重点课题.基于风险投资功能视角,分别从投融资管理、增值服务、资源配置、风险监控、创新网络与机制等功能视阈系统分析风险投资的技术创新机理,为合理、高效地运用风险投资,推动科技创新,以及促进经济发展提供理论支撑.

| Abstract: | The role of venture capital to technology innovation has been the focus of research topics in the field of economics concerned. From the perspective of the function of venture capital, technological innovation mechanism of venture capital is analyzed from investment and financing management, innovation mechanism of value-added services, resource allocation, risk monitoring, innovation networks and mechanisms in order to provide the theoretical support for the rational and efficient use of venture capital, and promote the scientific and technological innovation and the promotion of economic development. |
