摘    要:为了解决工业现场Modbus网络和Profibus-DP网络的通信互联问题,设计一种基于dsPIC30F6014单片机和SPC3的Profibus-DP与Modbus协议的转换装置.介绍了该装置的硬件设计、软件设计及调试过程.经现场调试,本装置能很好地实现波特率为9.6 k~6M的实时通信,支持的Modbus-RTU报文数为20条,最大的数据传输量为输入输出各224字节,装置稳定性高,抗干扰能力强.

Abstract:In order to solve the communication problem between Modbus network and Profibus-DP network in the industrial field, a Profibus-DP/Modbus protocol transformation device with dsPIC30F6014 MCU and SPC3 is designed in this paper. The hardware design and the software design of the device are introduced in detail. After the field debugging, the device can achieve a good real-time communication with the baud rate of 9.6k-6M. It supports 20 Modbus-RTU packets. The maximum data traffic is 224 bytes input data and 224 bytes output data. It has a high stability and strong anti-interference ability.
