单级涡壳式离心泵内二维流场的数值模拟

摘    要:通过使用FLUENT软件模拟计算单级涡壳式离心泵的二维流动,采用标准的湍流模型,计算分析了离心泵内的速度矢量图、压力等直线图。结果表明离心泵叶轮内各通道的流量、流速及压力分布有显著差别,呈现明显的非对称性。利用数值模拟方法能真实反映泵内部的复杂流动,为泵内叶轮的设计、改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A two-dimensional turbulent flow in a centrifugal pump was investigated by using FLUENT soft- ware. The standard turbulence model was applied. The velocity vectors and pressure field were analyzed. The results show that flow field is asymmetric, i. e, flow flux, velocity and distribution of pressure are totally different among all passages. These data show that complex flow of centrifugal pump can truly be emerged by using numerical simulation. According to these data impeller can be designed and improved.
