| 摘 要： | 为了解普通高校教师心理健康状况的特点和规律,运用问卷调查等综合研究方法对普通高校教师心理健康现状进行研究。结果表明:高校教师面临着严重的心理健康问题。其中,女教师的心理健康状况明显差于男教师;阳性症状检出率排在前三位的因子是:强迫症状、躯体化和抑郁;在躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、恐怖因子得分方面,高校教师明显高于全国成人常模,具有显著性差异。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the characteristics and law of teachers' mental health in university,the research method of questionnaires is adopted,and the actual state of teachers' mental health in university is researched.The results indicate that there is the problem of mental health for the teachers in general university,and the state of female teachers is worse than the state of male teachers.The front three factors of detection rate of positive symptom are: symptom,somatization and depression.In the aspects ... |
