| 摘 要： | 针对不同地区实际情况和就业形势,建立了吸纳就业能力的评价指标体系,运用因子分析和聚类分析方法,对中国大陆31个省级地区吸纳就业能力进行综合评价、排名与分类,加深了对各地区吸纳就业能力差异性的明确认识。提出了有差别地进行区域化控制等增强地区吸纳就业能力的建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the evaluation index system of absorbing employability is established,and factor analysis and cluster analysis are used,the comprehensive list and classification of absorbing employability of 31 provincial regions in China are carried out,the clear understanding of absorbing employability difference of each region are deepened,and some suggestions are proposed to enhance the absorbing employability. |
