| 摘 要： | 分析了IGBT驱动保护模块EXB841的工作原理,设计了三相三线制的无功功率发生器主电路IG-BT模块驱动信号的预处理电路和保护电路,通过对电路及其参数在静止型无功发生器中进行的实验调试研究,结果证明电路设计的正确和可行。

| Abstract: | The basic theory of IGBT driving and protection module EXB841 was analyzed,and the driving signal pretreatment circuit and protection circuit of main circuit IGBTs were designed.Through experiment study and debugging in static var generator about circuit and its parameters desigen,the correctness and its feasibility of the designed circuit are demostrated by the result. |
