摘    要:通过对马钢1^# 2500m^3高炉冷INBA渣处理系统装置应用情况的分析以及对INBA系统工艺流程、控制系统、粒化装置、过滤装置、输送装置改造的分析总结,并对目前国内大型高炉常用的几种渣处理方法进行比较,认为热法改进型INBA工作可靠,操作简单,节约成本,降低能耗,适用于2^# 2500m^3渣处理系统设计.

Abstract:The application condition was analyzed that includes the cool process INBA slag treatment device of 1# blast furnace and the process flow,controlling system,granulation device,filter device,the conveying device in Maanshan Iron & steel Co.Ltd.The common methods adopted in our nation currently for the slag treatment in large blast furnace were compared.Thus the opinion is reached that the hot process improved INBA is reliable,the operation is simple,which also can save in price and reduce in energy.
