| 摘 要： | 学科馆员建设是当前高校图书馆队伍建设的一个主要内容。根据地方高校图书馆的实际状况．按“以人为本”的宗旨展开讨论。以馆员为本，开发馆员自身潜能；以读者为本，建设学科信息资源。以鞍山科技大学“热能与动力工程”专业为例探讨学科信息服务的方法。

| Abstract: | At present,building of subject librarian is a main content of developing,library's group in local university.This article expand the discussion according to the purpose of "Regarding People as Foundation".Exploit potential of librarian self according to "Regarding Librarian as Foundation".Establish resource of subject information according to "Regarding Reader as Foundation".In this discussion,the author gives an example:Thermal Energy and Power Engineering of Anshan Science and Technology University,And tries to discuss the way of service of subject information. |
