摘    要:钢包底吹氩工艺参数对精炼效率有重要影响,本文以1:4的比例建立150t钢包的物理模型,钢包内钢液混匀时间受到吹气位置及吹气量的影响,通过对底吹气位置、气量进行实验研究,结果表明,单孔底吹的标态吹气量大于3.36 L/min时混匀时间变化不明显;单孔吹气时底吹喷嘴距离钢包中心0.5r时混匀时间最短.双孔底吹合适的位置是距钢包中心0.7r.

Water model experiment of influences of ladle bottom argon blowing on mixing time

Abstract:The process parameters of ladle bottom argon blowing have important influences on refining effi- ciency, a water model of 1/4 linear scale for 150 t ladle is established. The influences of mixing time of mol- ten steel by top and bottom blowing position and blowing rate are studied. The results show that when the dis- tance of blowing hole and ladle axis distance is 0.5 r, and the blowing rate is 3.36 L/min, the mixing time is shortest at single nozzle blowing, and the mixing time is shortest at two nozzle blowing when the distance of blowing hole and ladle axis distance is 0.7 r.
