| 摘 要： | 以教学研究型高校硕士研究生培养现状为出发点,分析了研究生培养模式和培养过程中存在的问题,提出了对研究生培养模式的改革实践方案：通过校企合作平台、分段式培养的实践,开创产学研结合的研究生培养新途径.实践证明,方案有效地提升了研究生的理论水平,提高了研究生解决实际工程问题的能力.

| Abstract: | Starting from the situation of the postgraduate students＇ cultivation, the cultivation mode and the ex- isting problem of cultivation process are analyzed. Teaching reform practice for postgraduate students＇ cultiva- tion is proposed. New mode of postgraduate students＇ cultivation based on integration of production, teaching and research is proposed after accumulating experience of the practice of co-operation of university and compa- nies. The practice proves that the proposed teaching mode can raise students＇ theoretical level and improve the ability of solving engineering problems. |
