| 摘 要： | 马钢新2^#2500m^3大高炉出铁场设计采用了双矩形出铁场的纵向布置形式。共设3个铁口,无渣口。每个出铁场下均设2条混铁车停放线,采用320 t鱼雷型混铁车受运铁水。在介绍马钢新2#大高炉出铁场设计的同时,详细论述了针对同类型高炉出铁场设计存在的某些问题所采取的技术措施。

| Abstract: | The longitudinal lay-out style of double rectangular cast house was adopted in the design of new 2# 2 500 m3 large blast furnace of Maanshan Iron&steel Co Ltd.The 3 metal tapholes and slagness outlets were designed.The 2 parking lines for fleet of cars were arranged under each cast house,the fleet of torpedo cars was adopted to convey the molten iron.The design of new 2#large blast furnace cast house was introduced,and the technical methods to the same type of blast furnace cast house are illuminated in detail. |
