摘    要:在带钢轧制生产中,轧机振动是国内外许多轧钢厂都遇到问题.轧机振动易加速设备磨损,影响产品质量,导致产品出现振动纹等,有时甚至出现断裂等缺陷.研究了带钢轧制中水平振动问题,建立了力学模型,并且分析了自激振动产生机理,得出了自激振动是影响带钢表面质量主要原因.

Abstract:In belt steel rolling processes, the chatter of rolling mill is common problem which can be observed in most factories of domestic and international. Chatter is easy to accelerate destroyequipments, influence the product quantity, and cause marks covering the strip width ere, sometimes and even appear to break phenomenon. To explain their produce reason several typical simplification model of vibrate form was researched, and the correlations of several typical vibrates was discussed. The main reason of effect quantity of belt steel surface is the self-excited vibrate.
