摘    要:这种传感器的细胞固定化是左氢电极膜表面紧贴一层包埋着茁芽丝孢酵母的海藻胶层,再在凝胶层上覆盖一片透析膜,该传感器的基本特性除类似或略优于透析膜包装的传感器外,还具有两个很重要的特点:稳定性高,可反复使用3个月以上;便于培养处理,使因热或化学因子而失活的传感器获得再生。

Abstract:The cells in this sensor are immobilized by means of combining gel entrapping with membrane coating, i. e. the membrance surface of a Clark oxygen electrode is mounted immediately with a layer of alginate gel entrapping the cells of Trichosporon pollulans and then the gel is coated with a piece of dialysis membrance. The sensor has two important characters and is slightly superior to that immobilized by coating merely with dialysis memb-ranee. One of them is its high stability and ability to be reused repeatedly for at least three months. The other is that the sensor may be regenerated faciltatively from inactive state by incubation in the nutrient medium under aeration.
