| 摘 要： | 本文结合国内现有离子色谱分离柱的条件,考虑到被分析离子与淋洗离子对交换树脂的相对亲合力等内在因素,试验了多种不同组份和不同浓度的淋洗液体系,得出以0.020 mol/l Na_2CO_3～0.020 mol/l NaNO_3淋洗液体系,流速为2.0～2.5 ml/min,对HS~-,Br~-,I~-和SCN~- 等阴离子的混合样品实现了有效的分离。

| Abstract: | It is very important in ion chromatography (IC) technique to choose an effective eluent.It was described in this paper the choice of suitable eluent system with the internal IC separator and relative affinity of interesting species and eluent ions to ion exchange resin being considered. Experiments have been carried out for elueut systems with different constituent and concentration. It turned out that 0.020 mol/l NaNO3-0.020 mol/lNa2CO3 at 2.0 to 2.5 ml/1 flow rate showed good separation for a mixed sample of HS-, Br-, I-and SCN-. |
