湿热病头痛证治初探

主要研究湿热邪气引起的头痛的中医辨证施治，湿热病头痛有两个证型：一是湿热阻滞头部经络；二是湿热上冲蒙蔽清窍．两型症状相似而治疗不同，如果误治可能加重病情．前一型的治疗应当芳香化湿、宣散湿邪；后一型的治疗应当清热利湿、化痰开窍，切不可使用芳香辛窜的药物．还举了正反两方面的病例进行说明．

The Treatment of Headaches Caused by Demp-heat Syndrome

It is shown that headaches dut to damp-heat diseases may be divided into two species. Species one: the channals and collateral in the head are blocked by damp-heat. Species two: the clearhead is mingled by steaming-up damp-heat.More severe symptoms result by mistreatment, threfore their treatments should be preformed under differentiation of syndromes in accordance with the TCM theary. It is shown that the following understanding should be reached: for the first species, some aromatic drugs may help to disperse damp factors and usually good effects may be expected on such kind of headaches. As for the second species, clearing heat, eliminatine dampness, causing resuscitation and inducing phlegm are necessary, and for such cases, aromatic drugs must be avoides. Some positive and negative exaples of the disease and their treatments are demonstrated.
