| 摘 要： | 通过理论分析电火花线切割加工的基本规律，清楚认识线切割加工的三个工艺指标和十个加工条件的基本关系；采用理想的正交试验法找出满足这三个指标的十个加工条件的较优方案，并进行指标评估，作为线切割加工的数据库和知识库；研究了用面向对象模型组织线切割加工的数据库和知识库的方法．该组织方法的寻优预试验次数很少，精确可靠，实用价值高．

| Abstract: | Through the theoretical analysis of basic laws of wire-cut electric discharge machining (WEDM),the elementary relations are clearly recognized among three machining indexes and ten machining conditions. The better programme of machining conditions is found out by means of the method of orthogonal experiment to meet the three indexes indicated above, and then the indexes are evalualed. The relations among the indexes and machining conditions and the search methods of the better programme and index evaluation make up of object-oriented data base (OODB) and object-oriented knowledge base (OOKB)of WEDM. The organizing methods of OODB and OOKB of WEDM are studied by way of object-oriented models and lessen the number of optimizing pretests with high accuracy and reliability and practical values. |
