摘    要:采用评价化学药品对藻类毒性的标准方法,对邻苯二甲酸醋与海洋藻类的相互影响进行探讨.通过对邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙醋(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁醋(DBP)海洋藻类的致毒试验,分别得出此3种物质对三角褐指藻、盐藻、等边金藻、中肋骨条藻48h、96h的半致死浓度,探讨了上述几种海洋藻类对DMP、DEP、DBP的忍受限度.

Abstract:The interaction of phthalate esters with ocean algae is discussed based on standard appraisal method of chemical for algae toxicity.Suspended substances in water can offset some effects of phthalate esters.Experimental results show that phthalate esters have large toxic effects on algae.The toxic effects of phthalate esters on marine algae were studied by chemical standard method appraising the toxicity.The toxicity experiments among the marine algae and DMP,DEP or DBP demonstrate that phthalate esters can inhibit the growth of marine algae.The dynamic constant of first order degradation reaction rate of algae on phthalate esters from the view of chemical dynamics is also discussed.Studying the acute toxic effect phthalate esters on marine algae,we get the E_50 concentrations of three kinds of chemical at 48 h and 96 h for Phaeodectylum tricornutum,Platymonas.sp,Isochrysis galbana,Skeletonema costatum.Tolerate limit of the above mentioned oceans alga to the DMP,DEP,DBP is also discussed.
