佳辐占和广陆矮4号水稻叶片蛋白质的双向电泳比较研究

摘    要:应用双向电泳技术研究比较两种不同品质水稻(佳辐占和广陆矮4号)叶片的蛋白质组分的差异.两种水稻叶片提取的蛋白质的双向电泳图谱斑点清晰,形态规则.采用考马斯亮蓝染色获得约400个斑点,银染图谱约800个斑点.两种水稻的蛋白质图谱考马斯亮蓝染色图谱存在5个显著差异点,银染图谱存在11个显著差异点.

Abstract:Two-dimensional electrophonesis (2D-PAGE) was used to study the different compositions between rice species of Jiafuzhan and Guanluai 4#.The spots in the 2D-PAGE were clear and inerratic. There were about 400 spots and 800 spots detected by Coomassie Brilliant Blue-stained and by silver-stained respectively.There were five different spots between two species of rice in Coomassie Brillian Blue-stained gel and eleven different spots between two species of rice in silver-stained gel.
