摘    要:研究了反应萃取制备硫酸钾的过程.结果表明,三辛胺-异戊醇混合萃取剂对盐酸有良好的萃取性能,一级萃取时反应在常温下的单程转化率为88.64%,产品硫酸钾中含氯量为0.18%,达到国标优等品标准.

Abstract:A new method of manufacturing potassium sulfate by solvent extraction has been studied. The result indicates that isopentol is more selective in extracting hydrochloric acid. At room temperature, when trioctylamine (0.5 mol/L) isopentol is used as mixed extracting agent, the conversion per pass can be up to 88.64%, and the purity of potassium sulfate is very high, impurity of chloride is as low as 0.18%, which coincides with the National Standards.
