摘    要:研究了海水中铜在亚心扁藻(Ptotymonas suboordiformis)、褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus pli-catilis)和斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)组成的食物链中的积累转移规律和致毒效应,通过在不同培养条件下,生物的相对细胞数或相对个体数(以对照实验的百分率表示)的动态变化,讨论铜对食物链各生物生长的影响,确定铜的抑制效应波度(BC_(50)),根据铜的生物相积累量、转移率的变化,分析铜在各生物体的积累量与毒性效应的关系,探讨了铜在本食物链传递的主要途径。

Abstract:Accumulation and toxicity of Cu in the food chain consisting of Platymonas sub-cordiformis, Brachionus plicatilis and Penaeus monodon were studied. Effects of Cu on the growth of organisms in the food chain were discussed and the inhibiting effect concentration (EC60) of Cu was then determined according to the dynamics of relative number of cells or total individuals of organisms, expressed in percentages with reference to the controlled system, on different cultural conditions. On the basis of the variations in quantities of accumulation of Cu in biological phase and percentages of copper transport, the relationship between the quantity of accumulation of Cu in organisms and its toxicity was analyzed and the main approach for the transport of Cu in the food chain was then discussed.
