光化学-化学发光法的建立及其对某些食品中亚硫酸盐的测定

摘    要:通过光化学反应产生的碘与溶液中的亚硫酸盐发生反应,再利用鲁米诺化学发光体系测量剩余量的碘,从而建立光化学-化学发光偶合体系,应用于白葡萄酒、白糖和冰糖等食品中亚硫酸盐的分析,相对标准偏差在5%以内,回收率在90%~110%之间。

Abstract:The conditions of the photochemistry for the iodide ion and the chemilumi-nescence for the iodme-luminol were investigated and a novel system of chemiluminescence analysis with photochemistry couple reaction was established. A low pressure mercury lamp was used as exciting light source. The best conditions for the reactions were given. The interference of cations could be eliminated by using cationic exchange resin. This method has been applied to determinate the sulfite in food. The relative standard deviation was less than 5% and the recoveries were 90%-110%.
