微电解/混凝/厌氧膜生物反应器组合工艺处理高浓度垃圾渗滤液

摘    要:针对垃圾渗滤液COD、NH3-N浓度高,可生化性差等特点,本文采用了微电解法和混凝法预处理,厌氧膜生物反应器组合工艺,研究不同工艺处理条件下,该工艺对垃圾渗滤液中COD及NH3-N的去除特性.实验结果表明:采用微电解/混凝/厌氧膜生物反应器组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,特别是高浓度的垃圾渗滤液具有很好的效果.当原水COD高达9 160 mg/L,NH3-N高达3 000 mg/L,经该工艺处理后COD低于60 mg/L,NH3-N低于15 mg/L,均可满足国家一级排放标准.

Abstract:As a fact,until now urban landfill leachate is very difficult to be treated with traditional technique because it's high COD and NH_3-N contains.In this article urban landfill leachate were treated by combining process of electrochemical/ chemical coagulation /anaerobic membrane bio-reactor.After electrochemical and chemical coagulation pretreatment of urban landfill leachates,COD and NH_3-N contents are reduced,and the ability of bio-chemial is improved.In this case,anaerobic membrane bio-reactor can be used to treat effectively these residual COD and NH_3-N.The combination of membrane separation technology and bioreactors has lead to a new focus on wastewater treatment.The application of membranes has led to very compact wastewater treatment systems with an excellent effluent quality.The result showed that this way is very perfect,the landfill leachate with COD=9 160 mg/L,NH_3-N =3 000 mg/L were reduced to 60 mg/L and 15 mg/L respectively by this process.Both of them needed the reject requirements.
