| 摘 要： | 岩白菜内酯（ｂｅｒｇｅｎｉｎ）为二氢异香豆素化合物，存在于虎耳草科植物岩白菜Ｂｅｒｇｅｎｉａｐｕｒｐｕｒａｓｃｅｎｓ（Ｈｏｏｋ．ｆ．ｅｔＴｈｏｍｓ．）ｅｎｇｌ．等植物，有止咳抗炎活性［１］．虽然已有一些有关岩白菜内酯类化合物的化学结构报道［２，３］，甚至还经有机全合成证实［４］，但岩白菜内酯的核磁波谱研究一直未有文献报道，且其立体结构也有待于进一步确证．最近发现岩白菜内酯及其衍生物还具有抗病毒活性［５］和抗爱滋病病毒功能［６］，并成为芳基δ－内酯的一种便利的模型化合物［７］，由此引起科学家的再度…

| Abstract: | The compound bergenin was isolated from the aerial parts of Bergenia purpurascens. All protons and carbons of the compound were assigned and its structure was characterized as 4-methoxy-2-tetrahydro-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)pyran-2-yl]-α-resorcylic acid δ-lactone by using 1 H-1H DQF-COSY, 1 H-13C HMQC and HMBC. This work will be helpful to the chemical structure studies of the similar new Aryl C-glycoside compounds by means of NMR spectroscopy. |
