| 摘 要： | 通过分析城市土地定级的一些特性，为了使城市土地定级工作能更有效地进行，将DSS的思想融入GIS中提出DSGIS的概念，这使得DSGIS能更有效地为决策者提供服务。另外，为了适应信息发布的需要，将DSGIS进行网络化，为了减低网络流量和实现系统平台无关性，提出基于B／S／S的JAVA解决方案 。

| Abstract: | In this paper, some characters of the city land fix level was analyzed. In order to improve the effciency of the city land fix level, the concepts of GIS and DSS were combined. Base on this, the concept of DSGIS was put forwards. DSGIS can work efficiently to provide the services for the decision maker. In addition, in order to fit the need of the information publication, the DSGIS is networked and for the reduce fo network's flow and the implement of the irrespective of OS, the scheme based on the model of B/S/S is discussed. |
