摘    要:介绍一种适用于水声信道特殊情况下的彩色图像压缩编码方法,对在水声信道中完成对彩色图像的高速率传输进行了初步的研究和尝试,并使用DSP芯片来实现这种方法。本文方法借鉴了“变球”彩色量化法,根据需要加以改进成为符合要求的压缩编码方法。使用MATALB语言进行软件仿真查看效果,之后在CCS5400软件平台使用DSP汇编语言编程并编译,运行通过,压缩后重建图像的质量很大程度上依赖图像本身的特点,因此重建后得到图像质量水平不稳定,但是一些目前研究的图像进行试验之后得到的效果基本满意,故而这种方法有一定的实现意义。

Abstract:A compression and coding method which is suitable to the special condition of underwater acoustic channel and accomplish the elementary study of high speed transmission of color images, use DSP chips to realize this method. This method, which draws on the experience of "variable radius" color quantification, is improved to be a suitable compression and coding method in accordance with our demand. Use MATLAB language to accomplish the software emulation. And then use DSP complication language to finish the program, all the work is finished by using TI's CCS. The re-establish images'quality mainly relies on the feature of the image itself. So the quality isn't stable enough. However, some images that being studied now get satisfactory result. So, this method also has its value.
