摘    要:研究了苯醌和萘醌在南萄糖氧化酶(GOD)修饰的玻碳电极上的电化学还原机理,讨论醌在中性缓冲溶液中与固定化的还原态GOD的反应动力学.在此基础上提出了用GOD电极作传感器实现醌的流动注射电流式检测的方法。

Abstract:The reduction mechanism of quinones such as benzoquinone and naphthoquinone was studied on glucose oxidase (GOD) modified glassy carbon electrodes, and the kinetics of reaction between the immobilized reduced GOD and the quinones in neutral buffer media was discussed. On this basis, the GOD electrode was proposed as a detector for flow injection amperometric determination of quinones.
