反应型双特异性免疫复合物的免疫生物学

摘    要:在国内外首创双特异性循环免疫复合物(TCIC)的新概念,提出了一种检测循环免疫复合物的新分类方法,并在科研中实际应用,获国家教委科技进步(甲类)三等奖。在对抗原/Ig和抗原/补体-TCIC的研究中,发现了抗原/IgA-TCIC是有关疾病慢性化及其程度的重要指标,论证了抗原/补体-TCIC的免疫病理作用,获江西省科技进步二等奖。在对Ig/补体-TCIC的研究中,阐明了免疫复合物病理生理意义的Ig类型决定性和临床病型相关性等免疫生物学规律,获江西省科技进步二等奖。

Abstract:In this paper, the theory of two component determined circulating immune complexes(TCIC) and a new classification to circulating immune complexes were developed and applied in use, which was confered as the third level of Award of Science and Technology Progress by The State Education Ministry. In study of antigen/Ig TCIC and antigen/complement TCIC, the former was found to be a valuable marker of identifying chronic diseases and their degree and the latter was proved to play in immune pathological role in diseases. These accomplishments were confered as the second level of Award of Science and Technology Progress by Jiangxi province government. Furthermore, the conclusions that the pathological and physiological significance was defined by the classes of Ig and clinical types of diseases were confered as the second level of Award of Science and Technology Progress by Jiangxi province government again based on study of complement/Ig TCIC.
