扣式空气电池气相扩散理论分析

摘    要:建立了扣式空气电池气相扩散的数学模拟空间和计算方法。表明氧在防水层扩散系数是保证足够大氧覆盖和浓度分布均一性的首要影响因素,然后考虑电极凹度和气孔半径对气相扩散影响,才有可能获得最大表面氧浓度和最好的极化性能。本文中提供理论计算方法对扣式空气电池的设计具有实用意义。

Abstract:A mathematical simulation space and a calculation method have been developed for the gas diff ussion process in a air button battery. It has been shown that the diffussion coefficient of oxygen in the waterproof layer is the principal factor to ensure sufficiently large coverage of oxygen and homogeneous concentration profile. It is possible,consequently,to obtain the largest concentration of oxygen and the best polarization charcteristics in consideration of the effects of concavity of electrode and radius of the gas pore on the gas diffusion. Theoretical calculation in this paper is useful for the design of the air button battery.
