综合水产养殖池悬浮颗粒物的动态变化研究

摘    要:2002年11月~2003年8月,在杏林综合养殖池的养殖期间进行24 h连续采样,研究水体中悬浮颗粒物(TPM)、颗粒有机物(POM)的周日及不同养殖期动态变化.结果表明:(1)养殖前期和养殖中期TPM和POM现存量周日变化比较平缓,养殖后期和养殖末期TPM和POM现存量周日变化差异明显;(2)TPM和POM现存量是养殖前期<养殖中期<养殖后期<养殖末期;(3)TPM现存量空间分布:养殖前期和养殖末期,进水区(以下称A点)>静水区(以下称B点)>出水区(以下称C点);养殖中期,C点>B点>A点;养殖后期,B点>C点>A点;(4)POM现存量空间分布为:养殖前期和养殖末期,A点>B点>C点;养殖中期和养殖后期,C点>B点>A点;(5)A点TPM和POM现存量之间呈显著或高度正相关关系,而B点和C点的TPM和POM现存量之间没有稳定的相关性.

Abstract:From Nov.2002 to Aug.2003,dynamic variation of totle particular matter(TPM) and particular organic matter(POM) were investigated in 24h to poly-culture pond at Xinglin,Xiamen.The result showed that diurnal variations of TPM and POM were not obvious in different stages.The level of TPM and POM had the order of the end stage,the later stage,and the earlier stage,from high to low.In the earlier stage and the end stage,the spatial distributions for TPM biomass had the orders: the area of seawater intake(station A) > the middle area(station B) > the area of seawater outtake(station C),the order was: station C> station B > station A in the middle stage,and the order was: station B>station C>station A in the later stage.As to POM biomass spatial distribution,the level were: station A >station B >station C in the earlier stage and the end stage,and it changed to station C >station B >station A in the middle stage and the later stage.There was a significant or positive linear correlation between the TPM biomass and POM biomass in station A,but those between TPM biomass and POM biomass were not steady in station B and station C.
