氯化镁载体的特性与高载钛量乙烯聚合催化剂

摘    要:化学反应法制备负载型MgCl_2-n-BuOH-SiCl_4-TiCl_4/AlEt_2乙烯聚合催化剂,控型MgCl_2载体的生成条件,可制备载Ti量10%以上的催化剂.着重研研究了载体的表面形态和化学组成对载Ti量和催化性能的影响.结果表明,高载Ti量催化剂在加压聚合条件下,具有高活性、高生产能力和降低产品灰分的优点.

Abstract:Supported MgC12-n.BuOH-SiCl4 TiCl4/AlEt3 catalyst for ethylene polymerization Was prepared by chemical reaction method. By controlling the formation conditions of MgCl2. a catalyst containing more than 10% of supported Ti can be obtained. The influences of the surface state and chemical components of the carrier on the Ti content and the characteristic of the catalyst have been studied. The results show that the catalysts with high Ti content possess high activity,high productivity and low ash content at press poly-merization condition.
