摘    要:剖检猪 1 213只,平均感染率 23.6%。鱼类检查 19种,本虫第三期幼虫阳性者 7种。两栖类检查 4种,阳性 2种,其中虎纹蛙 Rana tigrina rugulosa 是转续宿主新纪录,感染率高达 50%。家猪每月定点调查结果表明全年均可受本病侵袭,春夏季感染率高于秋冬季;湖区感染率明显高于非湖区。对终宿主和中间宿主体内寄生的2种易混淆的颚口线虫鉴别特征作了简述。扼要讨论了防治措施。

Abstract:The present article reports on the epidemiology and biology of Gnathostoma his pi dum in Susong County. Anhui Province. During 1987 to 1988,a total of 1 213 pigs were examin ed and among them 286(23.6%)were found to be infected with G.hixpidum. The incidence rate varied from21% to 46%. The positive pigs around the lake region were 33.5% and 8.8% from the non -lake region . About 386 fresh-water fishes belonging to 9 families. 16 genera and 19 species were examined, and 7 species of them were infected with the advanced 3rd-stage larva of G.hispi dum.The number of larvae per fish varied from 1-55 with an average of 10. It was found that Rana tigrina ruguiosa and R.nigromaculata served as the paratenic hosts,in which the former species is new host recorded from the world.As mentioned above, the authors considered that Susong district must be regarded as an highly endemic area here pigs suffered cruel infection with G.hispidum throughout all the year.but the infection rate in the spring-summer was higher than that in autumn -winter. The specific characters of both species of Gnathastoma adult and advanced 3rd-stage larvae were briefly described, and the prevention and treament of gnathostomiasis were also discussed.
