| Abstract: | Two fuzzy mathematics approaches: primary matrix element theorem and FISHER method, were used in optimizing noise monitoring process.When the methods were tested by the data come from Changchun regional noise survey(total 204 points), the result was perfect. This option method can be used in the regional noise routing monitoring as the complement of traditional monitoring. |
