模糊数学方法在城市区域环境噪声优化布点中的应用

摘    要:用模糊数学中的最大矩阵元法和FISHER(费歇尔)最优分割法解决环境噪声监测过程中众多网格监测点位的优化问题.这种优化方法可以作为传统区域环境噪声监测方法的补充,用于区域环境噪声常规监测.

Abstract:Two fuzzy mathematics approaches: primary matrix element theorem and FISHER method, were used in optimizing noise monitoring process.When the methods were tested by the data come from Changchun regional noise survey(total 204 points), the result was perfect. This option method can be used in the regional noise routing monitoring as the complement of traditional monitoring.
