高产普鲁兰菌种的诱变与筛选

摘    要:采用紫外照射法对普鲁兰产生菌出芽短梗霉进行诱变和筛选,得到一株普鲁兰的高产变异株B9,其转化率可达52%.同时,对变异株B9进行菌落形态及发酵的研究.

Abstract:Pullulan is an extracelluler polysaccharide elaborated by the yeast-like fungus Aureobasidium pullulans. The ultraviolet radiation method was used to treat wild type strain A. pullulans AS 3. 2756. By determining the pullulan yield, we obtained a mutant strain B, whose pullulan yield could reach 52%. Meantime, we compared the mutant strain B, with wild type strain and some characters of high production strain were described.
