基于光纤干涉原理的转机监测振动传感器设计

摘    要:为解决风机、 电力系统等大型转机设备非正常运行导致危害等问题, 设计基于Mach-Zehnder干涉仪组成的光纤振动实时监测系统. 首先, 由两个3 dB耦合器构成干涉仪, 以增加传感器的灵敏度和稳定性; 其次, 利用由Mach-Zehnder干涉仪组成的光纤振动传感器对转机实时振动数据进行采集, 并由信号处理单元分析采集到的振动信息; 最后, 用额定转速为2 680 r/min、 额定功率为2.8 kW的小型转机进行实验, 分别对比转机在正常和故障情况下的振动信息. 结果表明, 该系统对转机的运行状态监测效果较好.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of hazards caused by abnormal operation of large-scale rotating equipment such as wind turbines and power systems, we designed an optical fiber vibration real-time monitoring system based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer. Firstly, the interferometer was composed of two 3 dB couplers to increase the sensitivity and stability of the sensor. Secondly, the optical fiber vibration sensor composed of Mach-Zehnder interferometer was used to collect the real-time vibration data of the rotor, and the signal processing unit was used to analyze the collected vibration information. Finally, experiments were tested on a small-scale rotor will rated speed of 2 680 r/min and rated power of 2.8 kW to complete the vibration information of the rotor under normal and fault conditions respectively. The results show that the system has a good monitoring effect on the oprating state of the rotor.
