摘    要:利用NMR,IR,UV及MS等实验技术研究了胰岛素增敏剂曲格列酮的波谱学特征.结合DEPT谱及1H-1H COSY 13C-1H HETCOSY,13C-1H LC-HETCOSY对曲格列酮的氢谱和碳谱进行完全归属.

Abstract:The NMR spectra are reported for troglitazone (5-4-(6-hydroxy-2 ,5 ,7 ,8-tetramethyl-3 ,4-dihydrobenzopyran-2-yl-) methoxy ] pheny1 ] methy1] 2,4-thiazolidinedione) that is used as an oral hypoglycemic drug. By using DEPT , 1H-1H COSY , 13C-1H HETCOSY and 13C-1H LC-HETCOSY techniques along with IR , UV and MS , the proton and 13C spectra of troglitazone are assigned completely. This result also provides a basis analysis for the NMR characterization of the similar new drugs.
