摘    要:研究掺铒有机聚合物材料Er(DBM)3Phen/PMMA-GMA的光学性质, 并测试了该聚合物的吸收光谱和折射率等参数, 通过光刻结合反应离子刻蚀技术, 利用该材料制备了掺铒聚合物光波导放大器. 采用光纤与波导放大器的直接端面耦合方法测试了光波导放大器的特性, 结果表明, 当输入信号功率为0.2 mW, 抽运功率为150 mW时, 在1.24 cm长的器件上获得了0.9 dB的相对增益. 

Abstract:The optical properties of an erbium-doped polymer material Er(DBM)3Phen/PMMA-GMA were researched and its absorption spectrum,refractive index and other parameters were also tested.An erbium-doped organic polymer waveguide amplifier was fabricated by means of photolithography combined with reactive ions etching.Then the characteristics of the optical waveguide amplifier were tested by coupling the signal light and pump light into the waveguide directly.When the pump power was 150 mW and the signal power was ...
