二维函数光子晶体波导带隙和电场分布的调制

摘    要:在二维函数光子晶体波导中, 研究介质柱介电常数对带隙结构的调制, 以及波导中加入点缺陷时, 点缺陷介质柱介电常数对电场分布和光传播方向的调制. 结果表明: 当二维函数光子晶体波导中不含点缺陷时, 改变波导中介质柱介电常数的参数b和k值, 可调节波导的禁带数目、 禁带位置、 缺陷模的数目和位置;  当二维函数光子晶体波导中含点缺陷时, 改变点缺陷介质柱介电常数的参数b和k值, 可改变电场分布和光的传播方向.

Abstract:We studied modulation of dielectric constant of dielectric column on band gap structure in the two-dimensional functional photonic crystal waveguide and the modulation of the dielectric constant of point defect dielectric column on the electric field distribution and light propagation direction when point defect was added into waveguide. The results show that when there is no point defect in two-dimensional functional photonic crystal waveguide,the number and position of band gap, and the number and position of detect modes can be adjusted by changing parameters b and k values of dielectric constant of the dielectric column. When there is point defect in two\|dimensional functional photonic crystal waveguide, the electric field distribution and light propagation direction can be changed by changing parameters b and k values of the dielectric column with point defect.
