摘    要:将偏最小二乘( P L S)法同紫外可见分光光度法结合, 快速分析黑加仑色素的含量. 讨论主成分数对 P L S定量预测能力的影响, 并对校正集样品和预测集样品中黑加仑色素含量进行定量预测.

Abstract:The contents of four components of blackcurrant pigment were quickly analyzed by ultraviolet visible spectra combined with partial least squares(PLS) method. The influence of principal components on the capacity of the quantitative prediction of PLS was discussed. The contents of the calibration samples and the prediction samples were predicted quantitatively. The results are satisfactory.
