摘    要:考察急性子中4种主要皂苷类化合物凤仙萜四醇苷A,B,C和K, 通过研究乙醇的体积分数、 液料比和回流次数等因素对总皂苷提取率的影响, 并设计
正交试验进一步优化, 最终确定急性子总皂苷最优提取条件为: φ(乙醇)=70%, V(液)∶m(料)=6, 回流提取4次, 提取时间分别为60,45,30,30 min. 利用该条件提取急性子总皂苷的提取率为98.19%.

Abstract:Four main hosenkosides, hosenkoside A,B,C and K were used as the indexes of extraction of total hosenkosides from the seeds of Impatiens balsamina L. Solvent concentration, the ratio of material to liquid and reflux time were tested via orthogonal experiments. The confirmed optimum extracting conditions of total hosenkosides were that the seeds of Impatiens balsaminaL.were extracted in hot reflux by 70% ethanol V(liquid)∶m(material)=6 for 4times (60,45,30,30 min, respectively). The results showed that theextraction rate was 98.19%.
