聚丙烯酸丁酯核壳乳胶粒子增韧聚氯乙烯的核壳粒子结构与材料性能的关系

摘    要:通过共混方法研究核壳、结构聚丙烯酸酯增韧改性聚氯乙烯(PVC),用冲击实验来评价核壳粒子结构参数对共混体材料性能的影响。其中包括橡胶核的组成及交联度、壳层的厚度及组成、粒子尺寸等.结果表明,适当的交联度、较薄的橡胶核壳层有利于改善PVC的韧性。

Abstract:Toughened polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with special designed poly( n butyl acrylate) core shell structured latex particles was studied. The impact testing of PVC/core shell blends was used to evaluate the influence of the structure parameters of the core shell particles such as the crosslink density of the rubber core, the particle size and the loading level, the composition and the thickness of the shell polymer layer on the material properties. The results indicate that the particles with a suitable crosslinking degree of the rubber core and a thinner shell were an excellent toughening agent to improve the impact resistance of PVC.
