降解均三嗪类除草剂的优势菌的特性研究

摘    要:从长期受农药污染的土壤中分离得到一株能高效降解均三嗪类除草剂的菌株,命名为FR,对其生理生化及降解特性进行了测定,结果表明,FR对于典型均三嗪化合物扑草净有很好的降解作用,最佳碳源为8g/L的甘油;经DEAE纤维素层析及苯基交联琼脂亲合层析纯化后酶活性提高近30倍。

Abstract:A superior strian, FR, which was isolated from soils exposed to repeated spills of herbicides, was studied on its physical and biochemical and degrading characters. The results showed that FR had a good degrading effect on pronutryne, a typical s triazine, its optimum carbon source was glycol whose concentration was 8g/L. The activity of enzyme purified by DEAE cellulose and Phenyl Sepharose chromatogram was improved up to 30 times.
