水性聚氨酯的合成及其流体力学行为

摘    要:通过调整水性聚氨酯原料中PEG-1000和聚己二酸己二醇酯两种二元醇与PPG-1000的比例,发现随着PEG-1000的增加,树脂的粒径明显减小,体系由牛顿流体向假塑性流体过渡,提出流体力学行为的转变是因为PEG含量的增加,提高了树脂的亲水性,使聚氨酯在水中被溶胀,提高了聚氨酯的有效体积所致;聚酯-聚醚型水性聚氨酯的流体力学行为随着聚己二酸己二醇酯二元醇用量的增加由牛顿流体向假塑性流体过渡,但粘度变化不大,提出流体类型的转变是粒子的搭桥所致.

Abstract:Water borne polyurethane containing carboxyl groups is prepared with TDI 80, trimethanol propane, maleic anhydride and different diols. It is found that the size of polyurethane particles in WPU will become smaller evidently when more PEG 1000 is added in PEG/PPG system and slightly when more polyester diol(PE 1000) is added in PE 1000/PPG system. On the other hand, WPU will take the transition from Newtonian to pseudoplastic when PEG 1000 or polyester is added, but PEG heightens the viscosity of WPU evidently because PU particles containing PEG can be swollen in water. The bridged particles in WPU containing polyester cause the changes of rheology.
