摘    要:小麦旗叶中碳水化合物水平将影响穗的生长和物质的积累 .本文实验结果表明苦参碱对小麦旗叶蔗糖生物合成有明显的影响 ,并与叶片中蔗糖磷酸合成酶和酸性转化酶活性变化有关

Abstract:It is known that after wheat heading, the level of carbohydrate in wheat flag leaves affects the ear growth and substance accumulation. In this study, effect of matrine on sucrose biosynthesis in wheat flag leaves was observed. The changes in carbohydrate content and activity of some sucrose metabolizing enzymes were measured to assess their potential interrelationship. Sucrose phosphate synthase activity in flag leaves is increased during the first six days after treatment by matrine. In the meantime, content of sucrose is increased and starch accumulation decreased. It was found that acid invertase activity is also affected by matrine. It appeared that acid invertase activity declined concomitantly with the accumulation of sucrose. The activity of sucrose phosphate synthase in flag leaves appeared to be just account for photosynthetic sucrose formation. However, the effect of matrine on wheat flag leaves is a shortterm procedure. Interestingly, these influence was relevant to the membrane permeability change. The results suggested that carbon partitioning between sucrose and starch is controlled by sucrose phosphate synthase and matrine benefits regulation of sucrose phosphate synthase activity in wheat flag leaves and affects sucrose formation.
