摘    要:从本研究室保藏的菌种中筛选到一组处理油田污水的混合菌群,经鉴定该菌群由N1、N2(假单胞菌属Pseu-domonas sp.),N3(不动杆菌属Acinetobacter sp.),N4(微杆菌属Microbacterium sp.),N5(纤维单胞菌属Cellu-lomonas sp.),N6(棒杆菌属Corynebacterium sp.)组成,利用气相色谱分析了各组成菌在降解原油中的作用和效果,证实N5和N6是关键菌株,N1-N4菌株起辅助作用,它们的协同作用使混合菌群得以高效降解目标原油。

Abstract:A mixed culture, N 1~N 6, which is able to treat wastewater of oil field efficiently, was screened and identified as the mixture of six strains of bacterium. The strains included Pseudomonas sp. (N 1 and N 2), Acinetobacter sp. (N 3), Microbacterium sp. (N 4), Cellulomonas sp. (N 5) and Corynebacterium sp. (N 6). Using the techniques of Gas Chromatography, the effect on the degradation of petroleum oil of each strain is analysed. The results indicate that N 5 and N 6 are key strains, N 1~N 4 are supplementary strains, and they coordinate to degrade petroleum oil effictively.
