桃金娘科9属21种木材的比较解剖

摘    要:用光镜和扫描电镜比较了桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)9属21种木材的解剖结构。结果表明:多数种木材生长轮不明显,几乎都为散孔材,木材分子非叠生,导管分子单穿孔板,管间纹孔具附物,胞间道和管状分子壁螺纹加厚壁缺如,少数种有分膈纤维。2亚科间木材结构有明显差异,桃金娘亚科(Myrtoideae)木材结构较细籽亚科(Lep-tospermoideae)原始。

Abstract:This paper deals with the studies on the comparative wood anatomy of twenty one species in nine genera of Myrtaceae by means of light microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show: The growth rings are not obvious in most of the woods. The porosities are almost all of diffuse porous type. In all of the woods, the elements are not storied, the vessesl elements are of single perforation plates, the intervascular pits are vestured. The spiral thickenings on the internal walls of the trachary elements and the intercellular canals are absent. The oil cells in the rays and the crystals are observed sometimes, the gum deposities are usual found, the spetate fibers are rare. There are some significant differences between Myrtoideae and Leptospermoideae. The woods in Mytroideae are more primitive than in Leptospermoideae.
