摘    要:应用AFLP(amplified restriction fragment length polymorphism)-银染法对2种栽培稻和21种野生稻的基因组多态性进行了检测,共计使用了9对选择性引物组合,扩增出602个遗传位点,通过Jacard的方法将电泳带矩阵转化为遗传相似性系数矩阵,并进行了聚类分析和主成分分析,结果表明,稻属植物按其亲缘关系的远近被分为三个大的类群:O.sativa群,O.officinalis群和其它远缘混合群,本文还对两种栽培稻的起源途径以及稻属物种的不同类型基因组间的缘关系进行了初步的探讨,为深入研究稻属物种间的进化关系提供参考。

Abstract:Genus Oryza had been studied extensively. The objective of this research was to investigate the genetic relationship of the wild rice germplasms with AFLP silver staining method. 27 accessions of 22 species had been examined. 602 loci was detected using nine selective primer pairs. A genetic similarity matrix was formed from the polymorphism bands. UPGMA clustering and principal coordinate analysis indicated Oryza species were divided into several groups as their genome type A,B,C,D,E,F,G and HJ. O.granulata (GG)and O.meyeriana (GG)were distantly related to other wild rices. Wild rices with genome HHJJ, FF and EE separated from two main groups in genus Oryza. In one of the main groups the species containing genome B, C and D. The species with genome C seemed to be the progenitor of this group. The other main group was O.sativa complex. Their relationship was quite complicated. O.rufipogon, and two cultivated rice O.sativa ssp Hsien and O.sativa ssp Keng from China were clustered together first, then branched with other species with genome A. O.barthii and O.spontanea were formed a subgroup in Genome A cluster. Further investigation using more populations of wild rices and cultivated rices from India, Thailand, Vietnam and China was required to clarify the relationship among them.
