芦荟的抑菌活性和微波协助萃取研究初报

摘    要:微波协助提取的芦荟提取物对水稻纹枯病、苹果轮纹病,小麦赤霉病,蕃茄早疫病,花生褐斑病等5种病菌有不同程度的抑菌活性,其中芦荟表皮提取物对水稻纹枯病和小麦赤霉病抑菌率达100%。微波协助提取与常规方法比较,前者具有提取充分,省时的优点。

Abstract:In this paper, the anti fungus activities of the aloe ( Aloe arborescens Mill), on some pathogenic fungi of several crops are studied and microwave assisted extraction of the aloe is compared with the conventional method. It is found that the extracts of the aloe show different inhibiting activities of fungal growth against Rhizoclonia solani, Fusarium gyamineayum, Physalospora piricola, Alternaria solani and Mycosphaerella arachidicola anong which the extract of the leaf peel of the aloe shows 100% fungus inhibiting ratios on Rhizoclonia solani and Fusarium gycmineayum. From the comparing tests, it is shown that microwave assisted method reduces the extraction time and increases extraction rate of the effective components in the aloe.
