| Abstract: | Colleges and universities have more advantages than disadvantages in carrying out adult higher education. Colleges and universities must realize the "one body and two wings ", and choose correct positions for the "two wings", general education and adult education. Therefore, in the aspects of administering and teaching methods, adult higher education has some different characteristics from those of general higher education. |
